ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

UNU-IIST helps developing countries strengthen their computer science education and research, and augment their ability to produce software. This is done by working with universities to develop curricula and train staff in advanced software development techniques, collaborating with research institutes, and aiding companies to advance their development techniques.
